However, she also said that no matter which way I electronically submitted, I have to call the county just to tell them that I submitted the SAR7 and to ask them to process them. I called and spoke to someone on the customer service line, and she said I could also do the SAR7 by getting the SAR7 PDF form online and submitting it manually via the BenefitsCal portal. (BTW, I also didn’t receive anything in the mail). (The BenefitsCal tutorial video shows completing SAR7 under the “Things To Do,” but on my account it just says “you don’t have anything due at this time.”) However, it doesn’t give me the option to complete the SAR7 via the portal, like I believe I should be able to. I created an account with BenefitsCal and successfully linked my CalFresh case.
